Paul Hastings 2019 Food From the Bar Campaign  

Launched in 2009, the Food From The Bar campaign is an annual, four-week effort led by members of the legal community, focused on providing nutritious meals for children in Los Angeles County. Paul Hastings has supported FFTB from its inception; our employees have stepped up to provide money, food and time in support of this important cause. Let’s make our eleventh year of Food From The Bar our best yet!

About the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank

For 46 years, the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank has been mobilizing resources to fight hunger in our community. They distributed 67 million pounds of nutritious food in 2018 – the equivalent of 56 million meals – to over 300,000 individuals each month in L.A. County.

One in eight people in Los Angeles County experiences food insecurity. L.A. households make choices each month between paying for food and utilities, transportation, housing or medicine and medical care. The many faces of hunger in our community include the most vulnerable such as children and seniors.

Every $1 donated allows the Food Bank to distribute the equivalent of four meals through their agency network or Food Bank programs. Plus, our contributions save the Food Bank time and resources incurred through traditional Food Drives.
